DX initiative for an invoicing system using Power Apps / Power Automate / Dataverse. Earned trust led to a role promotion from PG to PL and a contract extension.

Project to digitally transform the previously manual issuing of invoices to internal teams and customers, reducing operational load and human error.
Project size: 8 members (PM: 1, PL: 2, PG: 5)
Responsibilities
- Drove the project as PL / TL
- In requirements and spec discussions with user departments, judged technical feasibility and selected the design approach
- Built the system optimally for the customer environment
- Proposed and executed business / development process improvements based on the system build
- Directly handled customer- and user-side communication
